Dragon rig
After trying a number of ways to rig the dragons wings, including 
breaking off the webbing and turning it into ncloth, which i then 
constrained back to the mesh, as well as making a joint chain along the 
wing edge and applying an ncloth curve based spline to it, I found that 
the randomness of ncloth was too chaotic and difficult to control for 
the webbing.  I ended up adding in joints to give me manual control of 
the webbing separately from the wing's fingers.  I also began working on
 adding controllers to different areas, to be able to make the wings 
furl, the fingers curl up, etc.
