Dragon scales

Yet more scales. Upside to this method compared to the warlock dragon, I get more variety in the scales, which is a critique I got about it at gdc. Downside to it, it takes quite a bit longer. I'll also have to redo parts of the retopo where the scales stick out too much for a normal map to handle. I think it'll be worth it in the end though.
